“First things first, we booked this excursion in English. The tour guide Hugo barely spoke any of it and the little he did was unintelligible. To the point that the other English speaking guests commented the same to us. Most of the tour was in Chinese! Thank God we did not paid for the meal plan as it is basically Chinese food. Bring snacks and be mindful you will not have great meals as the stops don’t give you enough time to find a restaurant or somewhere to eat. The bus was ok, no blinds, no internet. However the driver 5 stars! He new way more than the guide and…”

“Viator booked us on a Chinese tour unbeknownst to us where we got no narration in English even though there were 8 English speaking travelers. When I asked I was told because 85% were Chinese. It was discouraging listening for 40 minutes of laughing and clapping. We sometimes got one sentence in English. We were pressured to buy the meal plan which I'm so glad we didn't. They stopped at Chinese restaurants for lunch and dinner every day. I tried to explain I have celiac but we were told we need to get fast food when we stopped if we didn't get the meal plan. There were very few options…”
