“Great option to experience a seaplane whilst getting to Vancouver Island quicker than the ferry. Bus return was delayed and a little chaotic, but got us back to the ferry in time. Our bus driver was clearly a little hassled by the delay, not helped by the bus station check in process - or lack of, and a number of passengers wanting drop-offs at different locations to their booked tickets once they realised he dropped at multiple places. Ferry ride was smooth and comfortable. Overall a great option to get to enjoy different travel options and to spend time in Victoria.”

“Easy booking. Tour bus was amazing and very comfortable. Pick-up was on time. Guide and driver were very accommodating and great sense of humor. The tour itinerary itself was really great and my friends enjoyed every bit of it albeit very short stay as it was just a one day tour and we have to catch the ferry back to the mainland. They wanted to come back some other time and see more interesting sights in Victoria and the suburbs. Thank you!”

“The motor coach/ferry transport was pretty seamless. We checked in at the bus station and boarded at the prescribed time without any problems. Our luggage was handed appropriately and we were off! The ride to the ferry was comfortable and took a little over an hour. The bus drove onto the ferry and we exited the bus to go find seating. The ferry was ride calm and many passenger services were available. We returned to the bus after the announcement was made. Exiting the ferry was just as smooth as boarding. The trip to downtown Victoria was a breeze. The bus driver was super courteous and helpful but very difficult…”

“A great day, helped by beautiful weather. Took the 7.30 flight over to Victoria, which gave us plenty of time to use the local 75 bus to Butchart gardens and still have time to have a good look round Victoria. The flight over was excellent. We were warmly greeted and had coffee before departure. Boarding was easy and the take-off and landing exceptionally smooth. The views of Vancouver, Stanley Park and the other islands were stunning. We returned by bus and ferry. Our driver was very informative and the ferry trip great fun. All in all a great trip that I would definitely recommend.Read more”

“I enjoyed the seaplane rides coming and going the best. The whale watch was just Ok. No breaching whales but the crew was remarkable and informative. I did expect to be on a pontoon boat but this covered one was ok. They said they would switch the people from Up stairs to down stairs but that never happened. Walk between boat and plane was long. They should have shuttled people.”

“This was a beautifully planned excursion, from beginning to end. Great bus leader explained the day well. First, we were picked up by bus and driven to the Ferry and right onto the Ferry Boat with the bus! This made it so convenient for us to leave things on the bus and walk around the boat and watch the scenery go by. Next we drove across Vancouver Island to Victoria, where we had time to see the Parliament Building, and dine on our own at the Empress Hotel. Finally we enjoyed the amazing Butchart Gardens and the return trip to Vancouver.”

“Butchart Gardens were the highlight of the day, but we also enjoyed exploring Victoria. It was a long day with about half of the time on the ferry. Our guide was very knowledgeable, repeating the information in three languages. One concern we had driving into Vancouver from The USA was parking. The tour company had no information about parking, but a website SpotAngels helped us find free day parking close to the pickup location.”
